  • Mobile Shopper™ gives you access to hundreds of thousands of the lowest online prices from quality merchants. Use Mobile Shopper™ when you're shopping in the store to compare prices with in-store items. To use Mobile Shopper™, you must:
  • Have a working, web-enabled phone. Most phones sold in the last year offer web access.
  • Have 60 seconds at your disposal, and the desire to save more than 15% off retail prices.
Q What does mShopper™ cost?

  • mShopper™ charges you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Get prices, browse across millions of products from great merchants, and buy stuff, for FREE. (Standard carrier rates for mobile Web use apply, of course.)
Q How do I get to Mobile Shopper™ from my phone?
A
  • Enter your cell phone number on this site, and we'll text you a link to the application.
  • Check the text messages in your cell phone's inbox. Find the one from us. Click on the link.
Q How do I compare prices?
A
  • Once you have gotten to the Mobile Shopper™ mobile site (by following the complex instructions above), select "GET STARTED." To do this, use your tab button or down scroll button to tab to the "GET STARTED" button, then select it.
  • Follow the instructions to enter either the Brand and Model number of the item you are interested in, or the UPC code found on the label.
  • If you have any questions, simply scroll down to the "Live Agent" link to speak with a live Mobile Shopper™ representative.
Q How do I buy a product?

  • Once you've found your product, select the "But It Now" button. If you have registered on this site, you will be prompted to enter your security PIN.
  • Enter your PIN, and you can buy this product in seconds.
Q Where is my PIN?
A
  • The PIN is a 4-8 digit security code which you entered upon registration at this site.
  • To create a PIN while you're shopping, or retrieve it, just click "Live Agent" at any time to speak with an Mobile Shopper™ representative.
Q How do I add different shipping addresses to my account?
A
  • You can enter a new shipping address page. To log in to your account page,
    enter info on the top right part of this page.
Q RIM Blackberry : Phone hangs waiting for a style sheet.
A
  • Many RIM devices are shipped from the factory with style sheets disabled. Style sheets are required to run the Mobile Shopper application. Here is what you do to enable them.

    • Open the web browser on the device
    • Select the Menu Option
    • Select the Browser Configuration Option
    • Check the box next to the Enable Style Sheets Option
    • Open up the Mobile Shopper application and check to see if the error re-occurs

Q I opted in for the Get First Dibs program and am not receiving text alerts?

  • Certain wireless carriers to not allow non-premium SMS messages to be sent to their subscribers. Metro PCS is one of the operators that we are aware of. This is unfortunate. You can stay on top of our Hot Deals which are posted on our mobile site however. Bookmark our site at http://mobileshopper.mshopper.net.
Q Palm Treo : Cannot enter numbers in the phone number field during BuyIt process.

  • In order to enter a phone number, you need to press the Alt key on the Treo and then use the number keys on the keyboard
Q Samsung Blackjack : Can't enter numbers in phone number field during BuyIT process.

  • In order to enter a phone number, you need to press the Num Lock key on the Blackjack and then use the grey keys on the keyboard.
Q The price at the merchant web site is different then what I see at Mobile Shopper from the PriceIt results. Why is this ?
A
  • In most cases these prices will match 100 % of the time, but possibly in a small number of cases, there will be a difference , due to the lag time between the merchant updating their prices, and Mobile Shopper updating reflecting th enew prices. Be assured, the BuyIT page, will reflect the exact same price as that posted on the merchant web site, 100 % of the time.
